Please have a read through our frequently asked questions regarding touring caravans, if you still have a question please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

You can use our online booking system or call our office on 01754 874455 £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note the £100 deposit is non-refundable, balances above this amount are refundable providing 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.

You can pay by debit/credit card either online or over the telephone, some customers prefer to pay in instalments in advance and this is fine, please note that if your holiday is less than 14 days (2 weeks) away we will require payment in full.

Unfortunately we do not offer any discount for caravan and camping club members.

We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 25. Where half or more of your party is under 25 you must tell us when you book by calling us on 01754 874455.

Only family parties are accepted – Large parties of Single Sex or Mixed Groups of three or more persons will not be allowed on site whether or not they have booked in advance. All bookings are at the discretion of the Management.

Pitches are available from 11:00am on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements for late checkout have been made.

One car is included within the booking price. Additional cars will have to park in the car park not at the pitch. Please note no commercial vehicles are allowed on site.

Unfortunately we do not allow any commercial vehicles to park on site or in the car park.

All holidays must be booked and paid in full 14 days (2 weeks) prior to arrival. We do not accept payment on arrival.

We offer a 10 amp hook-up on all electric pitches.

Yes – We have water & water waste points around the park, usually located at each street light.

Dogs are welcome (Maximum 2 per caravan) but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please exercise your dogs on the designated dog walks, which are signposted on-site. Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs using the special bins provided. Dogs cannot be left unattended in caravans, vehicles or tents at any time. Any damage caused by dogs must be paid for.

No, unfortunately we can only allow 1 unit of accommodation per pitch due to council licencing restrictions and fire regulations.

– Please note tents cannot exceed more than 16ft x 20ft (5m x 6m)

We are unable to accept additional structures on the same pitch due to council licencing restrictions and fire regulations

We do not provide any camping equipment, you will need to bring or hire your own.

Yes – However, barbecues must be kept off the ground so as not to scorch the grass

Yes – But there is a charge through our provider, connect to Country Meadows WiFi for details

Yes you will have to bring your own, we provide standard ½” Threaded Bib Taps

The park is a quiet family’s only park, it has a children’s play area & well stocked fishing lake. Unfortunately there is no club house or entertainment onsite but there is Woodys Family Bar next door and you are only a 5 minutes walk to local bars and the beach and a bus stop right outside to take you to Skegness.

No unfortunately we don’t have this facility.

We provide washing & drying facilities within the main toilet block, tokens available from Reception.

Yes, we have disabled facilities including a toilet and shower. In order to access these facilities, you will need to bring your own RADAR key with you. In addition to this the Shower token are 50p and can be purchased from reception.

A valid Environment Agency Rod License is required to fish on our lake, these can be purchased online from the Environment Agency website directly, or from the Post Office. In addition, you also need a fishing permit which gives permission to fish on our lake these can be purchased at our reception.

Yes on awning pitches, but there will be an additional charge.

Yes, but not all our pitches take a 26ft tourer please call our reception on 01754 874455 for availability.

Let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to place you as near to each other as possible.

Unfortunately not. However please contact us prior to arrival on that day and we will do our best to change your holiday to an alternative date if possible.

If you are on park, please speak with reception to see how they can assist you. We will always do our best to rectify any issues you may have whilst on holiday. If you have left the park and feel they were unable to provide a resolution at the time, then please message with your booking reference number and full details.
